My Name is Ebru and I am a final year Textile Design Student from Nottingham Trent University.
For my final year collection "Opulence in Excess", I wanted to invoke a feeling of lavishness through fruits and floral imagery similar to that seen in mythology and still life paintings. I was inspired by designers such as Alexander McQueen and Miss Sohee as well as my trips to Kew Garden to inform my work as I aimed to design for a couture market level.
